Token pressure changes quickly as drafts evolve, so this estimator helps you keep visibility on length as you revise. It gives separate close estimates for major model families so you can compare budget impact before a real call. Use it as a planning indicator, because tokeniser output can shift slightly depending on implementation details.

It is a close estimate, not an exact tokenizer output. Internal token boundaries can differ by backend and version, so treat the number as a planning number rather than an exact guarantee.
