Copied text from PDFs, email clients, and narrow columns often contains hard returns that do not belong in the prose. The all-breaks mode produces one continuous block, while paragraph mode joins single returns inside each block and retains blank-line separation. Space cleanup is a separate toggle so you can preserve intentional spacing when necessary. The transformation is deterministic, runs locally, and can be repeated without limits.
